What time is check in?
Check in is from 3pm on the day of the day of arrival. On the morning our team will send over self check-in instructions for you to access the building and your room.
What time is check out?
Check out is by 10am. We kindly ask that you have removed all of your belongings from your room and returned your key by 10am.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Yes, a traditional continental breakfast is included in your room rate and served between 7:30am and 9am.
Our breakfast includes a selection of fresh pastries, bread, jams, cereal, fresh fruit and fruit juice, as well as teas and coffee.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes, as long as we know about them in advance. We have a great selection of Gluten Free and Dairy Free options available, as well as the ability to cater to a range of other dietart requirements. Please do make us aware of any allergies, intolerances of dietary requirements.
Is there WiFi at the property?
Yes, complimentary WiFi is available throughout the property. The access password is available in your information pack withing the room.
Is there parking at the property?
Yes, there are four designated parking spaces at the property which are available on a first come first serve basis.
Is there somewhere to leave our bags if we arrive early?
Yes, our team can happily store your bags for you if you wish to arrive earlier and explore the city.
Are the rooms accessible?
Unfortunately, all of our rooms are only accessible via stairs.
Is there a hairdryer in the rooms?
Yes, all rooms have a hairdryer included.
Are there tea and coffee facilities in the room?
Yes, there is a selection of teas, coffee and hot chocolate available in the room with the option of Cows milk or Soya milk.
Is there someone 24 hours a day?
Our team are on hand until 4pm to assist with any enquiries you may have. Don't worry though, there is an emergency out of hours contact if you need.
Is housekeeping service available?
If you are staying with us multiple nights please let the team know if you would like your room changed over or a freshen up.
Is there a shop nearby?
Yes, we have a Sainsbury's local opposite the Bed and Breakfast.
Is there a television in the room?
Yes, all of the bedrooms are fitted with a television.
